Natural Stone

I just picked up a great new source for natural stone. Natural stone has been used to cover all types of surfaces since the beginning of recorded history. Materials like granite, marble, slate, soapstone and travertine gorgeously cover walls, floors and counter-tops while providing durability that can last a lifetime. Or two. For a sleek look, natural stone can be ordered as a slab and custom cut to fit your surface area, such as a counter top. It can also be cut into tile form or applied as a mosaic, for instance, in a shower or bathroom. Slab and tile can be combined beautifully, such as in the kitchen, using natural stone slab for the counter while applying natural stone tile to the backsplash.
