This Highland kitchen remodel was tremendously fun. My client did all the tile installation on her own, a woman after my own heart!
Blending rustic elements such as blonde knotty pine cabinets with contemporary stainless-steel appliances provided the perfect balance of homeyness and sophistication. As does the dark leather stools with the dark granite counter-tops.
The tile back splash, wrapping around the kitchen on three sides, ties it all together with elements of both dark and light.
Drop lighting and under-cabinet lights provide enough lighting variations to suit any mood.
